Since its founding in July of 1994, Gardner Construction Company, Inc. has grown into a successful general contracting firm while remaining a local small business and solely family owned. Since it’s inception, Gardner Construction Company, Inc. has specialized in commercial construction in both the private and government industries. 

Gardner Construction is fully license and insured company capable to bond multimillion dollar projects in both Missouri and Kansas.

Over the past couple of decades Gardner has completed projects ranging from ground up new construction to specialized commercial tenant remodels and repairs. In house Gardner employs experienced carpenters and is signatory with the Carpenter’s District Council of Saint Louis and Vicinity.
